Please Read Policies Before Booking:

AFTER HOURS APPOINTMENTS: After hours appointments are available by request only through our after hours request section found at the bottom of the homepage, there is an additional $20 charge to receive an after hours appointment.
LATE POLICY : We have a 9 minute grace period, after 9 minutes you may be asked to reschedule your appointment. Please contact us if you know you are running late.
OPEN DOOR POLICY: You should always LOVE your results, please notify us if you are unhappy with any part of your service. Touch-ups can be done within 3 days of your last appointment.
NCNS: one no call no show will result in a non-refundable deposit required to book future appointments. 50% of the amount of booked services will be due at the time of booking and will be used towards your total. After 2 NCNS you will no longer be able to book with us.
CANCELATION POLICY: Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. If you do not cancel within that time frame more than two times you will be asked to put down a non-refundable deposit to book future appointments. The deposit is 50% of the total for the services booked.
PERIOD POLICY: You may still. receive your brazilian/bikini wax service if you are on your period as long as you are wearing a clean tampon or diva cup. If you are not comfortable receiving your service, we completely understand; however, the cancellation policy will still apply.
