OPEN DOOR POLICY: We want you to LOVE your results! If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please let us know. Complimentary touch-ups can be done within 3 days of your original appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel late more than twice, you will be charged 50% of the total for the services booked.

LATE POLICY: We offer a 9 minute grace period, if you arrive more than 9 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. Please contact us if you know you are running late- we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

NO CALL NO SHOWS: A no call no show will be charged 100% of the total amount booked.

After 2 NCNS you will no longer be able to book with us.

PERIOD POLICY: You can still receive your Brazilian/bikini wax while on your period- just be sure to wear a clean tampon or menstrual cup. If you are not comfortable receiving your service at this time, we completely understand; however, the cancellation policy will still apply.

AFTER HOURS APPOINTMENTS: After hours
appointments are available by request only through our after hours request section found at the bottom of our website homepage. There is an additional $20 charge to receive an after hours appointment.
